These precious words constitute the first sentence of the Roger Avary-crafted screenplay for the film adaptation of the Driver series. The film though is currently on-hold. The first five pages of the “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL” script (written circa fall 2006) were recently leaked to superannuation, an anonymous (but extremely reliable) gaming news source.
