Final Fantasy XI being ported to the Playstation 3

Examiner has reported that according to the latest Dengeki PlayStation Japanese gaming magazine, Square Enix is porting Final Fantasy XI to the Playstation 3. The MMORPG was already released on the PC, Playstation 2 and Xbox 360. So it very likely that the game will indeed be ported over to the PS3.
The port may end up being the first retail Square Enix game on the Playstation 3 with Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII still in development . I know it amazing, the first retail game on the PS3 by Square Enix.
