Nintendo has no plans for black Wii in US
Submitted by GamersMag on Thursday, 16 July 20093 Comments
Nintendo has announce that it has no plans to release other colors of Wii in the US, including the incredibly sleek black Wii launching in Japan on August 1. A Nintendo rep informed GameDaily of the news but we as many other sources take it as temporary truth because we all know that sooner or later it will be heading to the states. Nintendo has been know to lie about it up and coming products in the past.

Awww, that one looks way more sleek than the original white version. Probably matches the furniture more closely in most homes (since audio/video equipment always tends to come in the colour black (e.g. amplifiers, speakers, DVD players, the PS3, etc)).
