It looks like Sony’s been thinking of doing a PSP games rental service for quite some time now. A consumer survey was recently discovered yesterday, it looks like Sony has been gauging the interest in a PSN-powered games rental service for the PSP. Through the rental service, PSP owners would pay a monthly fee to gain access to a library of new and archived games on the PlayStation Store.
