Sony and Microsoft unveil new motion-based controls at this year’s E3, revealing a new controller that works with the PS Eye and Project Natal, respectively. Nintendo has been doing it since late 2006, but this year, both Sony and Microsoft have hopped on the motion controller bandwagon.

Forza Motorsport 3 game director Dan Greenwalt is extremely proud of his game. Dan Greenwalt believes that Forza 3 has surpassed all of the competition, most notably Gran Turismo franchise. When asked how Forza is positioned against other racing franchise like Need for Speed and the legendary Gran Turismo, Greenwalt had some not very nice words for those franchise.
Electronic Arts has admitted that the Dante’s Inferno protest during E3 was staged by a guerrilla marketing agency. The publisher confirmed to the AP that the firm hired 20 people to hold signs like “Just say Infer-NO” and “Trade in your PlayStation for a PrayStation.”

In addition to saying “Holy crap,” you should also prepare yourself to exclaim, “But what happens next?!” Désilets noted that his first Ubisoft sequel will answer plenty of questions, but not all of them. Speaking with VG247 at E3 this week, Infinity Ward’s Mark Rubin said that Modern Warfare 2 leaves the Xbox 360 winded and gasping for breath. At this point, he noted, it’s all about finding little tricks to squeeze more power out of the aging machine. The game looks absolutely amazing and you can tell that this game requiere a-lot of horses under the hood to run.

Microsoft announced that Facebook would be coming to the Xbox 360. The company demoed the application on stage, with a few of the notable features being the ability to see your Xbox Live friend’s Facebook pages, as well as the ability to capture and upload screenshots from games to Facebook.
